Weekly Triathlon Training

 

Since 1990, our women’s triathlon training programs run from 6 to 16 weeks and target specific races local to the area the training sessions are run in.  The TRIDIVAS started in Long Beach and are currently headquartered in Santa Barbara.  We are always looking for new cities in which to offer our amazing program.  For specific programs in other areas, click on the specific program you are interested in for details.  Most programs meet 2 xs per week for the training period; once on a weeknight and one weekend morning for the training sessions.

**Refund policy:  Refunds are given within the first two weeks of the program start time, minus a $55 processing fee.  After the 2 week period, registration May be rolled over into future training program.
