Winter Training
The winter training program will be comprised of some swimming, cycling and running but will also incorporate some hiking, boot camp class, core and spin classes, yoga, kickboxing, snowshoeing!
The TriDivas Winter training program is a great way to keep fit over the winter months. The winter training program will be comprised of some swimming, cycling and running but will also incorporate some hiking, boot camp class, core and spin classes, yoga, kickboxing, snowshoeing!
When we meet
This winter training program consists of a total of 24 training sessions that are held on Thursday evenings and 2 weekend Saturday mornings (6 sessions per month) mainly in the Long Beach area.
Who We Are:
The TriDivas are a Nation wide all Womens Triathlon Training group. This training program is open to women of all ages and all ability levels. We promote the sport of triathlon among women by encouraging, educating and empowering the female athlete.
About our Triathlon Programs: (run from March-October)
The LB TriDivas offer 6 to 20 week training programs for beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes. The training includes instruction in swimming(open water and pool technique and drills), cycling, running and transition training
When and Where We Meet: Various locations in Long Beach, Seal Beach areas. We meet for trainings sessions mainly on Thursday nights betweeen 630 and 8pm and Saturday mornings at 830am.(Some training sessions are scheduled dependent on when we can get pool time and if we will be out of town for a triathlon or camp. Full schedules are provided upon enrollment)
The weekly triathlon programs that run from March-October consists of 2 Coach led training sessions per week, 8 training sessions per month.

**Refund policy: Refunds are given within the first two weeks of the program start time, minus a $55 processing fee. After the 2 week period, partial registration may be rolled over into the next workshop, but no full refunds will be issued without a medical note or really good excuse!
