Weekly Program
This comprehensive 22 week course for women only includes instruction and workouts in the three sports of triathlon. Information is provided on technique, nutrition and hydration, injury prevention, mental training.Program includes 2 weekly coach led training sessions and weekly posted schedules. Also includes 1 additional organized group training sessions per week. Participants also receive a 80 page triathlon manual, goody bag and discounts to our sponsors.
Who We Are
The TriDivas are the longest running All Womens Triathlon Training group. This training program is open to women of all ages and all ability levels. We promote the sport of triathlon among women by encouraging, educating and empowering the female athlete.
About the Coach
The Long Beach TriDivas are coached by 10 time Ironman, 2 time Ultraman competitor and 2005 Team USA member Kelly Clancy, A Level 2 USAT triathlon coach, Kelly has 22 years of triathlon experience and 20 years of professional coaching. Kelly is the owner of TriDivas.
The Race
This 22 week training program targets Soma Triathlon; a 1/2 Ironman distance race in AZ on October 21st. The race distances are a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run.
When We Meet
We meet for two Coach led training sessions per week on Thursday nights at 630 pm and Saturday mornings at 800 am. Locations vary, but we meet mainly in the Long Beach/Seal Beach area
