Santa Ynez Valley Camp

February 16-18th, 3 day camp. Cost $425 for early registration. Train where Lance trains! This all womens camp is designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes. (you will be broken out into groups depending on ability levels.) The 3 day camp is an intense training camp and includes group workouts in all three sports. Also includes a wine country tour and tasting. Space limited!

Kona, Hawaii Camp

April 3th-6th, 4 day camp

Cost $425.00(does not include airfare or accomodations. This Camp will combine all ages and ability levels.) This camp will go over all of the basics of triathlon training and will incorporate 3 days of training and lecture for all ability levels. (you will be broken into groups) We will have skills training in all three sports as well as transition training. Each days session will last approximately 4 hours.

Las Vegas Day Clinic

April 11th from 9-12noon. Cost $95 This clinic will be a basic triathlon 101 forum. There will be lecture format as well as Q and A session. You will do some hands on training, mostly on skills in each of the three disciplines. Rules of the sport will also be addressed. This is a great addition if you are attending the Lake Las Vegas triathlon this weekend.

SonomaValley 1/2 Ironman 3-Day training Camp

June 6-8th, 2008

Cost $350.00

(This is an advanced training camp, geared toward prep for completing a 1/2 Ironman in the months of July/August.  We will be training on the Vineman course) This is predominantly a training camp, although we will go over course information and some triathlon basics, you will be expected to be of an intermediate ability level.

Catalina Island Camp Held October 2-5th. This is not a triathlon specific camp, but an adventure camp. Activities will include swimming, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking and running in the Two Harbors section of Catalina Island. This 3 day camp includes round trip transportation to Catalina, shared tent cabins, equipment rental, gourmet campfire meals. Cost: Early registration by Sept 1st=$725, after 9/1=$850
