This single day clinic is great for the beginner or intermediate athletes to learn cycling basics, how to change a flat tire, proper form and various mounts and dismounts on and off the bike TriDivas Running ClinicThe TriDivas are a comprehensive womens triathlon training program for women of all ability levels. This single day clinic is great for the beginner or intermediate athletes to learn the basics of running, proper form and technique. Participants will each receive a running evaluation on form and will view a short 30 second video tape of their running form. Various types of run training will be discussed(track workouts/fartlek/long runs/tempo runs)
