Tridivas brings the sport of triathlon, running, cycling and swimming to women of all ages and ability levels.
We Educate, Encourage and Empower women through our multisport training programs. Train with the best and longest running womens triathlon program available, over 22 years in the sport of triathlon!
Train with our diverse group of like minded women of all ages and ability levels. Our triathlon season runs from March-Ocotber in most areas and also offers a winter training and run program from November-February. Sign up for a full season of triathlon training, or choose from one of our 6-20 week programs to prepare you for a super sprint, sprint triathlon or 1/2 ironman distance race. Programs meet twice per week-one weeknight and one weekend morning. To find out where and when your group meets, click on the program you are interested in for more detailed information.
